Four Hispanic Minors Arrested for Planning Another Texas School Shooting

R, Gelfenstein, Four Hispanic minors suspected of planning a shooting at another Texas school were arrested just days after a gunman killed 19 children and two adults in Uvalde, Texas.

Nathaniel Montelongo and Barbarito Pantoja, 17, were charged with conspiracy to commit aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.

Two other unidentified minors have been arrested and will appear before a judge.

Police arrested the four suspects after receiving a tip that they were planning a shooting at a Donna school.

Police said Wednesday they found an AK-47 gun and an alleged blacklist of students. But on Thursday, officials said there was no such blacklist.

Authorities have decided to cancel classes throughout the school district and have staff and students work from home.

"The safety of our students and staff is our first priority," they announced.

A student was arrested Wednesday after he was seen walking to Richardson's Berkner High School.

Officers found a real gun and a replica shotgun in his car, Fox4 reported.
